The technology we have developed and manufactured is mostly self-administering; however it needs human supervision. We will provide you staff with exhaustive on-site trainingfor the exact technology you will use. This will give them enough knowledge to understand the elementary on-device dagnostics and provide basic maintenance. It is a good practice to repeat the training yearly to give the new employees the same information.

Scheduled inspections at the point of installation provide exhaustive evaluation during regular production. Membrane samples are sent to MEGA laboratory for testing to show early signs of scaling or fouling. Assessment with recommendations is handed over at the end of each visit.

The technology looks after itself, checking voltage, flow rates, pH, conductivity and other important metrics every second. If a value gets off the limits, the technology will warn our technicians in the monitoring centre, who will evaluate all the indicators and determine if it was a momentary hiccup or an indication of upcoming larger issue. In the latter case we will call you and help you solve the issue before a real problem emerges.

Your technology is fully covered during the warranty period and beyond. Initial commisioning is followed by periodical inspections to maintain the high efficiency of the process, whether it is electrodialysis, electrophoresis or electrodeionization. After the warranty period you cen decide between service packages put together for different industrial applications or fully customize the services to you needs.

Our service centre will arrange transportation of stacks, disassembly, overhauling and reassembly. Hydraulic and desalination tests will be done to quantify the effect of refurbishment. Each refurbished stack is assigned its own ED Stack Passport.
